Q: This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store.

"This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store. Please review your account information."

This is the message on display in App Store when I try to update my programs.

I cannot verify my ID. The system transfers me to a page where there are listed Apple's terms and conditions. I accept them but there is no other way to continue. I already changed my password twice hoping that something would happen but the result is always the same: I cannot accept the programs that where already uploaded when I received the mac nor make updates nor download new programs. What do I do?

Thank you in advance

    Hi coffeespoon,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you're unable to update any apps in the App Store with your Apple ID. I have several things for you to check.

First, use the site Manage your Apple account to verify your Apple ID information.

Next, when updating apps in the App Store, make sure that you're signed in with the Apple ID that originally downloaded these apps. You can verify which Apple ID is signed into the App Store by following this path:  Store > View My Account.

And finally, use the site See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC to find what apps, songs, movies, TV shows, or books you ordered from the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store.

    Cheers!
