Q: Keynote update failed on iPad pro!

I found a problem in updating keynote on iPad pro. Updating process didn't progress and so I deleted Keynote software from my iPad pro and then I tried to redownload Keynote from Apple Store. But I couldn't redownload Keynote and I have to spend $9.99 to download Keynot. What shall I do? Is there some way to solve my problem?

iPad Pro, iOS 9.2, null

    Hello Dr. MYO,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

So, as I understand you were having issues updating Keynote on your iPad, so you deleted it and now are unable to redownload without paying for it again. I would suggest first taking a look at the following article and follow the instructions there to download a previously purchased app:

    Download your past purchases

If you are still not able to download the Keynote app, please let us know exactly what happens and what, if any, errors you are getting.

    Best Regards.

    Hello joe_7399

    Thank you for your support.

I did what you said but my problem can't be solved. I updated my iOS to latest OS version 9.3.2.

I can't redownload Keynote, Number & Pages. What shall I do to be able to redownload those application?

    Best Regards!
