Q: i answered the security questions correctly but they locked my accounts
i loged in my account on icloud.com
then the website ask me the security questions
i answered them correctly
but it still tell write the answer
after more than 4 or 5 times
the website tell me that my account is locked
then ask me to change my password
i changed it tow times and still the account locked because of the questions

If when signing into your Apple ID you see a message saying that it has been locked for security reasons please see this Apple Help page for instructions on what to do (it also provides a contact link for Support):
