Jun 11, 2016 5:38 AM in response to tjlaw21by seventy one,Your refund may take a couple of days to come through, largely because the banks are slow to repay. It may not be in your records any more because Apple have acted quickly. Tell us what happened in a day or two.

Jun 11, 2016 5:43 AM in response to seventy oneby tjlaw21,No you don't understand i cannot request the refund because when i click on report a problem from the receipt apple sent me i get this message "Your search had no results. To report a problem about purchases older than 90 days, contact iTunes Store Support."
When i go on apple's site to look at my recent app purchases the app is not even showing up as a recent purchase.
It is not a bank problem and i checked to see if the app is hidden and it is not

Jun 11, 2016 5:47 AM in response to tjlaw21by seventy one,Well, clearly your 'purchase' is less than 90 days. Repeat the exercise with 'report a problem' and emphasise that it was purchased two days ago and they have mis-directed you.

Jun 13, 2016 7:03 AM in response to tjlaw21by tmp0203,What game are you referring to? Cause I understand in-app purchases won't be displayed in the report-a-problem overview anymore (e.g. "bag-of-virtual-coins"), to prevent abuse.
But any purchased game from the iTunes-store should be still visible.

So my concern is if the purchase of a game from the App Store is not showing up recent in purchases even though I have a receip. Is there an email etc to someone iApple I can send this to so they can assist?
