Jun 13, 2016 6:24 PM in response to Jackie3004by FoxFifth,I've had the same problem today. I contacted Chase who were very unhelpful. Their first support contact stated several times, even after checking with someone else, that Safari is not a supported browser. I politely directed them to their own system requirements website that states that Safari 7.1 and later are supported. They then tried to transfer me to their IT support group but they wouldn't accept the call transfer and sent the original support person back to me saying it is Apple's problem. It's possible there is some problem on Apple's side but I'm not having the issue on another bank site and Chase could have been more helpful in any event.
Here are some options:
1. Install Firefox and use it instead of Safari to access the Chase site: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
or
2. Open Safari and go to Preferences on the menu named Safari, then click Advanced in the bar across the top of the Preferences window, then put a check mark in front of "Show Develop menu in menu bar." The click the Develop menu and change "User Agent" to Safari 9.1.1 instead of "Default (Automatically Chosen)"
After doing that Safari did work with Chase.

Jun 14, 2016 4:12 AM in response to Jackie3004by OGELTHORPE,The MBP that I am on now has Mavericks installed (10.9.1) and I am using Safari 7.0.1. I have never encountered any problems with the CHASE web site.
Ciao.

Jun 14, 2016 5:53 AM in response to FoxFifthby Robyndturner,Got as far as checking " Show Develop menu in menu bar", but nothing happened after that. No way to change "User Agent" to Safari 9.1.1. So frustrating.

Jun 14, 2016 7:03 AM in response to Jackie3004by OGELTHORPE,Now I am on a different MBP with Mt. Lion (10.8.5) installed and Safari 6.0.5 and still with no difficulties with accessing CHASE.
I would give you my User ID and Password to test, but I fear someone might take advantage of the information.
Ciao.

Jun 14, 2016 7:06 AM in response to OGELTHORPEby Grant Bennet-Alder,If you update to the latest version of Yosemite, 10.9.5, an update for Safari will become available, to version 9.

Jun 14, 2016 7:17 AM in response to Grant Bennet-Alderby OGELTHORPE,You forced me to drag out my other MBP with El Capitan (10.11.3) and I have Safari 9.0.3 on it and have access to CHASE.
The point I was trying to make that even older versions of Safari work with CHASE. I have to question what is CHASE's argument for a newer Safari?
Ciao.

After you check the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" option in Preferences, the Develop menu should appear on the main menu bar above Safari -- not in the Preferences window.

Not sure if you have read the entire thread but the problem with Chase is with the latest version of Safari with the current version of OS X El Capitan.
