Q: My iPhone is disabled..... & the message on it is telling me to connect to iTunes....But when I connect the phone my computer puts an error message up saying that it can't access the phone b/c there is a screen lock on it & to unlock the phone & conn
My iPhone is disabled..... & the message on it is telling me to connect to iTunes....But when I connect the phone my computer puts an error message up saying that it can't access the phone b/c there is a screen lock on it & to unlock the phone & then to re-connect it.... But it doesn't give me the option to enter the passcode???? I know my password, so how can I get it to allow me to re enter it on the device so that I can unlock it????

If your device is disabled, then you need to restore the device. See the instructions in this support document for assistance. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
