Q: The "Reset your security questions" link is not visible. What should I do ?
For some reason Apple is telling me that my iCloud account is locked for security reasons, when I go to change the password I am prompted to answer security questions or get an email to reset the password. The email account is my iCloud account so I cannot get the mail. I also forgot the answers of my security questions so I tried to reset them but I cannot since the reset link is not visible. What can I do other than calling them ?
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), 2.3 GHz i7, 8GB RAM, 256 GB Storage

Call them. You will need the help of Apple to unlock the account. If you cannot answer the security questions and cannot receive the recovery email, you have to prove your identity to apple by speaking to the account security team to convince them of your identity.
Explain that you need help with an accounts security problem, when you call - use the number for your country from this list:
Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
