Q: Digital Copy Movies not showing on iPod Touch

I have approximately 90 digital copy movies in itunes.  My iPod Touch used to see all of them and gave me the option to stream them over wifi so I could watch them.

Recently my Touch has decided to only show 21 random movies.

If I copy the movie from itunes that is NOT showing on the touch, it will show up.

If I delete that movie from the touch, it is completely gone from the touch.

Why is my touch not showing my entire video library?

When this problem first started I restored to factory settings, and the exact same random movies showed up on the touch.

How can I fix this?

iPod touch, Windows 10

What do you mean by "If I copy the movie from itunes that is NOT showing on the touch, it will show up."?

Where are you copying it to?

If you "copy" all of the non-showing ones do all of them show?

If so it seem there was a glitch on those and "copying" fixed it.

IF I connect iPod to computer and go into iTunes and select edit playlist in the movies section of my iPod, I can copy a movie to my iPod that is not displaying on the iPod. After it copies to the iPod it will show up and I can watch it. If I delete it from the iPod, I no longer see it on the iPod at all, i.e. I can not select the movie and hit the cloud icon on it to download it or stream it.

    Try:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Unsync/delete movies and resync

    - Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup. See:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
