Q: Cannot Activate iPhone after factory reset
My cousin just sent her iPhone to me. basically i din't wanna go through her stuff so i did a factory reset through itunes and it did download the latest 9.3.2 update as well. as soon as everything got finished i started to set the phone up. when it came to the icloud login part i used my cousin's email and password (exactly the same id shown on the hint). but the problem was that it is showing that "******@icloud.com" cannot be used to unlock this phone. i went to her i cloud and checked and was shocked to see this phone wasn't listed. clearly there is a mistake coz it's giving the same email as the hint but when try to activate it it's not moving forward. please help.

You will need to get with your cousin and ask her what apple id she used to activate the phone.
You can't bypass the icloud activation lock without the previous owners (your cousin) info.
