Q: How come I have not received my iTunes money from my gift cards?

I received two $30 iTunes gift cards from someone and went to redeem them later that day. A few days later I noticed that my money was not added and it was the same amount of money I had before I tried to redeem the two cards. Is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks.

You redeemed them onto that account and the redemption appeared to work ok ? Have you tried logging out and back into your account on the device/computer ?

Yes I have but the amount was still the same as it was prior to redeeming them.

If the redemption appeared to work ok, and you've logged out and logged back in on the device/computer (and checked your purchase history to see if anything has used it ?) : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
