No. The latest Safari version is 9.1.1, and it is only available for OS X El Capitan. You are running OS X Mountain Lion, which is a much older OS X version.

    Hi,

See if your Mac meets El Capitan v10.11 requirements for upgrading here > Upgrade to OS X El Capitan - Apple Support

El Capitan is available free from the App Store.

El Capitan requires at least 8.8. GB's of free storage space. To check that click your Apple menu  top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac then select the Storage tab.

If you do decide to upgrade, make sure to backup all your important data beforehand.

This did not solve my problem

Using El Capitan would slow down my system & some apps do not work with it

These are my programs that I use everyday

I guess I am caught between a rock and a hard spot, thanks
