Q: What kind of RAW images does iOS support?
I have tested RAW images support by iOS but I don't know how many and I could not find document about it.

Photos on iOS devices (iPad, iPod, iPhone) will support the same RAW files as OS X on a Mac (Digital camera RAW formats supported by OS X El Capitan - Apple Support), since any iCloud Photo Library could contain images with these RAW formats.
But your iOS devices only use the embedded JPEG previews of the RAW files. There is no RAW processing done. If you edit RAW photos on an iPad or iPhone, only the embedded JPEG will be processed, since iOS devices cannot develop the RAW file. (How Photos and iCloud Photo Library handle RAW images). The original RAW file will be saved, but not be used.
When you edit RAW images on a Mac, on the other hand, the RAW support will develop the original RAW file and all edits will be starting from the original RAW image file for best image quality.
