Q: I want to delete my Apple ID account. How do I do that?

I need to delete my apple id account.

I also need to disable iMessage but I no longer have an iPhone and my country is not listed here: https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregister-imessage .

Please provide the steps achieve these.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2
