From your post, I'm understanding that you're trying to change how Pages rounds your dollar values. I know making sure you have the right values, especially for an invoice, is important. The article linked below should help with those options.
Pages for iCloud: Functions used to round values
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities, and have a great day!

Jun 14, 2016 7:44 PM in response to darren.sby dulcimer,Thanks for trying to help. I'm sorry, but I find the article confusing. I don't see anything about simply not rounding up or down. Is there a way to turn of the rounding feature, or do I have to enter a formula to adjust every time I type a figure in?
Thanks again!

Thanks for getting back to me. You can adjust the number of decimals, and the type of input you're using (Number, Currency, etc) in a table using the side-bar on the right of Pages for iCloud (at https://www.iCloud.com).
- When you have a table created, highlight the whole table and click the "Data" tab
- In the "Data Format" drop down, select "Currency"
- In the decimals box, choose how many decimals you wish to include. Under "Currency", it defaults to two.
- Under the Currency option, you'll also have the ability to set the type of currency, for example "US Dollar" or "Euro".
This should allow you to input exact amounts up to the specified decimal, without any rounding up or down.
