Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities!I understand from your post that you are having issues with launching iTunes on your Windows PC. I use iTunes all the time, so I can understand the concern. I will be happy to provide some information on this for you. I found this support article that goes over some launch issues in regards to iTunes for Windows.
Fix unexpected quits or launch issues in iTunes for Windows
If you haven’t already tried the steps listed in that article, please do so and then see if you are able to get iTunes to launch.

Jun 18, 2016 12:28 PM in response to Lebjasby turingtest2,See Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash. I suspect you need to hold down shift as you launch iTunes and the choose your library file which will normally be inside User's Music > iTunes.
