Q: Cannot download iTunes (Windows)
I just bought an iPhone 6S Plus, and wanted to sync my music from my old phone to my new through iTunes. When I attempted updating earlier, some error came up, not allowing it to update. I tried multiple times, and saw somewhere that reinstalling may solve the issue. I have uninstalled iTunes, and now when I attempt to install it, I get the error "There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
How can I fix this and install iTunes to sync my files?

What was this error that came up? When you removed iTunes, did you follow the support document for removing all iTunes files? Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
If not, use that to try again. And, if you have any further problems, read this ASC User provided tip sheet for troubleshooting steps with iTunes and Windows.
