Q: Server activation not accessible

Hello,

 

I use an iPAD for my company. We have reset everything, and now no way to activate and open it again.

Server activation is not accessible. What can I do ?

 

 

Comming from android, I would like to find a better Apple support than the one propose.

 

Chat application from apple.com doesn't work.

When you have to restart, sure you can't access to the IMEI or the serial number of the iPAD <-- Question is stupid

 

I hope to recieve an answer asap.

Thanks in advance for whom will answer, and if cascadable the comments, would be nice.

    Thanks for checking out the Apple Support Communities for help with your iPad. I understand that you're having trouble with getting an iPad activated. I can certainly understand the importance of being able to activate and use your iPad. 

     

    If you're having trouble with general activation, I have some great steps that you can try. This article says that it's for iPhone but also works for any iOS device that's having trouble with activation: If you can't activate your iPhone - Apple Support

     

    Since you mentioned this iPad is for work, if you're having trouble with activating your iPad with the Mobile Device Management Server (MDM), please check out this article for information: Device Enrollment Program: iOS Activation Procedure and MDM Enrollment - Apple Support. You may need to contact your IT department for assistance if your situation falls in to this scenario.
