Jun 16, 2016 8:19 AM in response to b noirby Avalionis,I don't even get an option to save, let alone run the program. The link just keeps saying "Connecting..." and iTunes directly, just says "Thank you for downloading iTunes" and doesn't do anything more than that.

Jun 16, 2016 10:30 AM in response to Avalionisby turingtest2,If you have difficulty downloading the current iTunes installer file try; unticking the "Keep me up to date..." box, clearing your browser's cache, changing pop-up blocker settings, right-clicking or ctrl-clicking the download button, using an alternate browser, or using the direct links from here.

Sep 19, 2016 10:01 AM in response to b noirby belle989,I struggled for a long time trying to download iTunes on Windows 10. I was using the Microsoft Edge browser. The first time I tried to download iTunes on the Internet Explorer browser, it worked! I can't believe it was so simple, but this really fixed the problem!!! Thank you so much for your help!!!
