May 13, 2014 4:15 PM in response to Redleopard11by raymond73,I would suggest you take the device along with your original Apple receipt to an Apple store and provide identification and I would wager that Apple can remove the activation lock from the Apple ID account. Since Apple controls the activation servers they may be able to resolve the issue.

I have several set up by people who can't follow directions. Now, I have no way of activating these iPads to be used by our staff and students. I need help!!
