Q: billing when adding a new card apple

Hi,

I added a new card in Itunes and it charged me $1.5 two times for doing that.

Is this normal?

When you add a new credit card in iTunes, it will be tested and there will be a temporary hold placed on it. Check this support document for a more detailed explanation. iTunes Store charges on credit and debit card statements - Apple Support
