Q: How can I delete my gift card to add it to my new account
I Made a new I tunes account because I got a new phone and I forgot some of my old passwords. How can I transfer my gift card money from the old one to the new one???

You can't, a balance can't be transferred to a different account (nor can the account's purchases, they are permanently tied to the account that downloaded them). If you can't remember the account's password : http://iforgot.apple.com
