Q: All of my pictures have just vanished from photos!! What is going on?

AAll of my pictures have vanished, what the heck is going on??? I have also purchased more storage yet it keeps telling me I'm out of storage but says I have 182 g left,,, how is that possible?? I need answers now please!!

    Can you elaborate? The storage part wouldn't have anything to do with Apple TV so it's best to post a separate question in the appropriate section

    IF your Photos Library is apparently empty, you may have opened a new empty Photos Library because the original Photos Library cannot be read or found.

     

    try to launch Photos while holding down the options key. Does the library chooser panael show a different library? Then try that library.

     

    where is your main Photos Library stored?

    on an external drive or in your Pictures folder?

    what happened, before the problem occured?
