Q: Questions about Hackers, Keyloggers, ect.
Alright, lets see what you got community...
I want to know a few things about Keylogging and virus's with Macs. Im a long time OSX user, but I got a brand new iMac, and downloaded some programs that might contain key logging programs, virus's ect. My questions are as followed...
1. How Rare is it to get a virus on a Mac?
2. How can one see if one is being key logged? And how can it be stopped
3. Are potatoes a vegetable?
4. How Rare/Common are OSX key logging programs hidden inside of files from a third party developer or an unknown developer?
Thanks for your time. This is more of an OCD thing to put my mind at ease. But it doesn't hurt to know some more info.
Cheers

problem for key loggers is like when you do some changes inside system preferences you are required to retype your admin password, same deal would the key logger face, so to be allowed to monitor keys without being the active program would require password and sending the data to some across the net would too.
but at the end of the day a system can't be more secure than the person in front of the screen http://www.crazywebsite.com/Website-Clipart-Pictures-Videos/Saint-Patricks-Day/F unny-Irish-Leprechaun-Computer-Virus-Email-1.jpg
