Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. I know it's important to be able to watch your media without interruption in iTunes, so I'm happy to provide you with some resources to help get your viewing experience back to normal.
It's possible that this is related to a display issue. We've released a Windows 64-bit version of iTunes for older video cards. Please follow these steps to uninstall iTunes, and the following article to download the version of iTunes I've mentioned:
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and laterDownload iTunes 12.4.1 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards)
