Q: Something I bought on iTunes isn't showing up as bought

I recently bought an album on iTunes using a gift card, on my mac. However, it isn't in my purchased list, music library, and I still have all the money from the gift card available. I don't want to buy it again, in case the previous transaction comes through or something. What can I do?
