Q: I received an email(from: ****) regarding a recent purchase from the "Apple Store". Is this spam?
I had cancelled my Netflix subscription a few months ago, and out of the blue I got an email from “****" saying that I've been billed for renewal of my subscription.

If the e-mail addresses you with Dear Customer or something similar, it's a phishing attempt.
Apple got all your detail and ill address you with your full name.
