Thank you for being part of the Apple Community!Just to make sure I understand correctly, you no longer have any of your music on your iPhone, and are seeing your son's music instead. I know how personal music tastes are so it would be great to have your music back!
The first thing you want to be sure of is that iTunes is signed into the correct account. Here are the steps to do that:
Additional information can be found here: Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If you need to re-download past iTunes purchases, follow these steps:
- Open the iTunes Store app.
- From the menu the bottom of the screen, tap More.
- Tap Purchased, then tap Music.
- Tap Not on This iPhone or Not on This iPod.
- Scroll to find the song that you want to download, then tap it.
- Tap the Download icon
to the right of the title. Your song downloads to your device.
You can find additional information here: Download your past purchases
