Q: Calendar access not working through webdav

HI All,

I have an issue with accessing the calendar via Webdav. I keep getting an 401 not accessible error that I cannot resolve. When I access through the web interface the user can login but gets the 401 access error. It seems that the configuration is good but the access rights are not working. Anyone can point me towards a direction to solve this?

OSX version 10.11.4 and server version 5.1.

Tried the commenst in the post but that did not solve it. It seems to be a rights issue but I cannot get my finger behind it. Depending on the action I get an 401 error or 403 error. Going through the webgui gives me a 401 error with the user. Using this same user with a direct webdav requests ends up in an 403 error.

Is the Web service working? Have you changed anything in the configuration files? Logs?

Yes, the web service is working. I can access the Calendar function via a web browser. It shows the calendar. I have not changed any configuration outside of the Calendar access through the server configuration. No manual editing.

    The access log shows:

Please remove "CalDavSynchronizer," whatever that is, and see whether there's an improvement.

That is the client for the caldav calls.

When I try to go through the tree via the web browser I see these messages in the access.log:
