Q: Will music downloaded to pc from other sources be included in family share?
Will music that has been downloaded from other sources be included in the Family Sharing? OR is it just music purchased from iTunes?

Family Sharing applies only to purchases from the iTunes Store.
Music added to an iTunes Library from other sources like CDs or files not from the iTunes store, , can be shared on the same Network through Home Sharing.

Once you’ve set up Family Sharing, all the songs, albums, movies, TV shows, books, and apps ever purchased by family members are immediately available to everyone else in the group. And, of course, so are new purchases.
