Q: Keychain has forgotten my passwords

Keychain seems to have forgotten my passwords, as I must enter each when opening my commonly used web sites. I recently updated to OS 10.9.5 from an earlier version on OS 10.

 

Any ideas?

Check Safari/Preferences/Passwords to make sure Autofill is enabled.
