Q: Device linked to a forgotten Apple ID

So... Long story... But:

I had an iPhone 5 for a long time, but eventually it got a bad battery. One day it started freaking out, and it couldn't tell how charged it was, causing it to run out of power without turning off to save any. The phone literally died. I was in the car when it died, and I plugged it in, but as the car's plug does not provide as much power as a wall port, the phone would turn on, the screen would be faded because it didn't have enough power, and it would die again, only to start back up immediately and repeat. So after a while of avoiding the issue I got an iPhone 6s, and I left my old one for a while unused. Recently I powered on the device and (don't ask my how) but it said that it had been disabled for (approximately) 24,000,000 minutes. (It was locked with a passcode) So I had an iPhone that would have taken 45 years to unlock. Later that day I plugged it into my computer, connected to iTunes, and restored it. After the restore, I attempted to set it up, but it was linked to an Apple ID that I didn't recognize. I did however manage to enter an email that every time it was entered showed "Your Apple ID was disabled for security reasons" but it wasn't my email. I attempted to get into it on Gmail but it wasn't mine, so I am at a loss of what to do, I can't get into my old phone, I don't remember the email or password, and there is apparently no way to get around it.
