Q: Adobe Flash Player 22.0.0.192 has been installed and up to date on my Macbook Pro. But I still get blocked plug-in notices.
Have installed recent Adobe Flash Player update...22.0.0.192 My Macbook Pro says NPAPI plug-in version is installed and up to date, but I still get the blocked plug-in notices when I try to view.
MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009), Mac OS X (10.6.2)

You should not be using Safari in Snow Leopard. Use either Firefox or Google Chrome. Safari is tied to OS X and isn't updated.
You don't have to have Flash installed. If you don't have Flash, most videos will play in HTML5. If a video requires Flash you can play it in Google Chrome that has a flash player built in.
