Have you tried to disable Zoom in the accessibility settings on the watch?

Turn on Zoom. On Apple Watch, open the Settings app Settings icon, go to General > Accessibility, then turn on Zoom. You can also use iPhone to turn on Zoom for Apple Watch—open the Apple Watch app on iPhone, tap My Watch, tap Settings, then tap the option in General > Accessibility. Or, use the Accessibility Shortcut; see The Accessibility Shortcut.

    Hi

Zoom (an accessibility feature) has been activated on your watch.

To return the screen contents to normal size, double-tap the display with two fingers.

    • Afterwards, if you would prefer to disable Zoom so that the issue does not recur:
      • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > Zoom - turn off.
      • Or on your watch, go to: Home screen (via a single press of the Digital Crown) > Settings (cog icon) > General > Accessibility > Zoom - tap and turn off / on.

    • If the Accessibility Shortcut has been enabled and configured for Zoom, you can also enable and disable the feature more conveniently:
      • On your watch: quickly press the Digital Crown (the round button) three times.

    • To configure the Accessibility Shortcut:
      • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut (at the bottom) > select / deselect Zoom.
