Q: Non-Administrator iTunes Install
Hi All,
I am a network administrator and all our users do not have administrator rights. It is also not possible to give them admin rights.
With the latest version of iTunes the installation seems to require a final bit of configuration when starting as the user after installing iTunes as administrator. When the program starts it comes up with an error "The file is refused because of the digital signature policy'.
In the past I have always installed as Administrator then logged in as the user, opened iTunes and it's been fine (Been working like this for 4 years).
All of our PC's and laptops are running Windows 7 at the moment and it is not possible to give the user temporary admin rights.
I have searched other posts for over a week but cannot find an answer to my specific issue.
Hope someone can help
Kind regards,
Gary C.
