Q: change rescue mail for apple ID account

I have my current password for my Apple ID Account but I would like to change it and also change the rescue email. 
As I no longer have access to my rescue email. and I couldnt remember the answer for security question.

 


Could anyone pls guide me how to change my rescue email. Thanks..

You cannot and need to ask Apple's Account Security team to reset your security questions. To contact them, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
