Q: iCloud for Windows 5.2 will not allow Outlook add in to be installed

Upgraded to Windows 10 and Office 2016 with Outlook. Used the iCloud for Windows installed about 6 weeks ago and it installed the add in for Outlook, had all of the calendars in Outlook. After about a month of use I received an error from Outlook saying the iCloud Add In caused the issue and it was removed from use. Spent a long time trying to get it selected again within the Outlook Add Ins without success. Decided to delete it and try a fresh install. Now the iCloud for Windows app will not add the add in for Outlook. When selected and after hitting Apply, the spinning circle on the right just spins and does nothing. Only option is to cancel and that closes the application.

I've downloaded iClud for Windows multiple times, deleted the app, re-installed to with no luck. I've also reinstalled iTunes.

Any suggestions?
