Q: Trojan on my mac!

I ran Bitdefender virus scanner on my MacBook Pro, and it found Trojan.JS.RAN and I was surprised as I have been always careful what to download and setup!

I deleted it, but now I am not sure what this Trojan did on my computer? and what should I do to make sure that there is any more malwares/viruses on my computer? and What is the best antivirus/antimalware should I use in the future?

N.B I always update my Mac whenever any updates show-up!

Likely a false positive. Google only showed this and a similar site listing Trojan.JS.RAN. Not frequently "anti" software for mac results in false positive.
