Q: iPhone SE not seen by Lenovo PC Windows 10
I have a Lenovo pc with Windows 10. I recently purchased an iPhone SE, and want to sync it to my iTunes library, so I can get music and my ringtones onto my phone.
Every time I open iTunes the phone isn't recognized. I get a message asking me to allow the device to access photos and videos, but no I don't get a 'Trust' this computer message. I have tried 3 different cables, different USB ports, I have switched my phone on and off and restarted the computer, I have the latest software updates on both my phone and PC and I have even reset the "lock down" folder?
I googled the problem and have tried many different solutions but nothing has worked.I'm frustrated and just want to quit, does anyone know how to fix this problem? Or possibly has same the problem?
