Mar 18, 2016 9:17 AM in response to TGWMOby chrisp96,Had the same issue even after trying various browsers on my 64-bit Win 10 laptop. So turned to the Safari browser on my iPhone, and was finally able to connect Disney Movies Anywhere to iTunes. Thanks for the tip.

Apr 12, 2016 10:01 PM in response to Brownnetby spuck20,Wow, thanks for that save. Just spent over an hour wasting my life trying to figure this out. Love the fact that it apparently had to be reauthorized because I had already linked it a year plus ago somehow. Now it was just missing the most recent purchases and I was trapped in that ITunes download loop. Using Safari did the trick. All I've got to say to both Disney and Apple is "Seriously?" I think I have to mostly blame Apple just because the linkages work easily for all the other providers. ITunes was the only one that caused a problem. Gee, such a surprise. On a Win 7 64 bit machine with the latest in all the other browsers and none of them would work.

Jun 22, 2016 8:36 PM in response to rmnovelliby sshicks02,I had the same problem with the 64-bit version of iTunes with Windows 10. I tried all the different browser and it still didn't work. I kept getting the window to install iTunes, even though I already have the current version. Finally figured out another way, so I thought a would share:
Go to the Disney Movies Anywhere app (I used an ipod touch)
Go to "More" at the bottom right corner to access the setting menu.
Go to "Connect Accounts"
Select "iTunes"
I was prompted to confirm and enter my apple password.
The accounts are now connected again. My accounts were linked before but apparently the connect expires and has to be reconnected.

Jul 11, 2016 12:16 PM in response to TGWMOby paul_cappello,I downloaded the Safari browser for the first time and it worked instantly. Kind of a stupid work-around but I would recommend it to others. I am running Windows 7 x64.

Jul 27, 2016 10:07 PM in response to rmnovelliby Bigbobwhite942,DisneyMoviesAnywhere doesn't like the way that Windows 7 64-bit's file system is set up. It'll try to find the 32-bit of iTunes to connect to, but won't find it. At least, not through Chrome.
Chrome is just following the task it was given by DMA. However, going through Firefox or IE resolves this issue (just tried it myself). The link type is an .itmss, but Chrome doesn't recognize it and instead will direct you to the download page for 32-bit iTunes. Firefox will recognize the like type, and will offer you to launch iTunes to connect your DMA account to your iTunes account.
Hope this helps
