Q: AMEX credit card declined but USD 1 is charged
Hi, I just entered my new AMEX credit card details, and when i saved it, an error message said that the card was declined.However i received an SMS from the bank saying that USD 1 had been charged at www.itunes.com.
I checked my account and there is no credit card saved.
I tried this again from the apple ID website and the same thing occurred.
Currently itunes charged me 2 USD i total and i have no card saved to my account.
