Q: Airport Express flashing amber constantly is this the correct setting as I keep dropping off the internet?

I have an airport express which I have noticed is flashing amber constantly, not noticed this before.  I am dropping off the internet intermittently and would like to know if this could be the Airport Express causing an issue and should I carry out a soft reset or not.  I work on Mac Pro and all Apple products with a BT connection.

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 6.1.3
