Q: Outlook problem!!

Hi guys, I have a problem with my email box.

I actually have two different emails registred on the MAIL, but the problem is that gmail is working so no problem with that. But Outlook is the one giving me problem.

Until two days ago I could log in e do my stuff but not anymore...It keeps asking me password but nothing, I also changed it just in case I dindn't remember the right one.

When I put the password in I get a message "Unable to verify account name or password"..

What can I do???

    It looks like you are having issues with the Mail app on the MacBook Air. I use Mail all the time, so I can understand the concern. I will be happy to help provide some information for you. The first thing to check is to make sure that the Mac OS is up to date:

     

    Update the software on your Mac


    Then, since you have changed the password for the Outlook account, please check is to make sure that you can sign in to that account through the web browser, by going to outlook.com. As long as you are able to sign in there, then please sign out and go back to the Mail app. Quit the Mail app and relaunch it. If you are still unable to have the password accepted, you may need to speak to your email service provider.

    Thank you Becky, I've tried it already but it didm't work out for me... I think I'll speak with my email service provider..Thank you so much for your time..
