Q: HomeKit Remote Use (Hue)

I didn't see a community for HomeKit and since this is about remote use, I am posting in the Apple TV community.  If this would be better answered elsewhere, feel free to let me know and I am happy to post there.

I have been having difficulty getting the remote siri control to work for HomeKit to control the Philips Hue system.  I own three Apple TVs (two 3s and one 4).  They all have the latest software releases (product releases, no betas on the Apple TV 4).  I am logged into both with the same Apple ID that I use on my iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Mini 4 and Macbook Air.  I have used my iPhone and iPad to configure HomeKit.

I have tried logging out of all of the Apple TVs except the Apple TV 4 and have both logged out and logged back in for the apple account as well as done a full reset on the Apple TV.  After the full reset, the Lutron devices that I own started working and I am able to control them remotely. However, the Philips Hue Bridge is still not working.

So I reset the HomeKit settings and set everything back up (based on another post I saw somewhere), but still can't seem to get the full remote capabilities for HomeKit.

Any help will be appreciated.
