Q: Maps Current Location is my neighbor's house

I upgraded from Snow Leopard to El Capitan a few months ago and the first time I used Maps for directions, I thought something was weird with the directions so I looked at what my Current Location was, and it was my neighbor's house next door

I'm connected to the Internet via Verizon FiOS and then have a Time Capsule connected to the router via an Ethernet cable.  I do not have an iPhone connected to the network, but my wife does.

How do I change Current Location in Maps?  It's not a showstopper but it bugs me

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), 800MHz 1GB RAM

Your Mac does not have GPS. Your location is determined by KNOWN Wi-Fi station locations. By necessity that makes the location appriximate, at best. If your location is within the lighter blue circle, that's as good as it gets.
