Q: High Volume Warning Question

As you may have experienced, turning your iPod volume up too high results in a warning that the volume is too high.

This is especially annoying as it drains my battery whilst listening to music, and I understand if you live in the USA, you don't have this volume warning.

Now I know what you are thinking. You cannot turn this off because it is a law of the EU. But I live in the UK, which has just opted to leave the EU...

Does this mean that the volume warnings will be removed at some point in the future, now that we can set our own laws etc.?

I doubt it since "features" like that linked to an identifier if the iPod's firmware.

Since you have a 5G and only the 6G gets iOS 10 then the changes are slim to one that Apple will release a iOS update even if they could to differentiate an iPod originally marketed to the UK vice to other EU countries.

Ah right. Well that answers more than one of my questions, so for that, thank you.
