Apple MusicHi,
Help here > If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
Apple iD is the same as your iCloud account.
If nothing there helped, click Contact Support here > https://www.apple.com/support/appleid/
As a reminder, you only need one Apple ID. Using multiple Apple IDs might be confusing when you access purchased content or use Apple services.

Jun 12, 2016 11:43 PM in response to LuckyMom918by Roger Wilmut1,If you are trying to create an iCloud account and your phone is telling you that 'the maximum number of free accounts have been created on this device' it's because three iCloud accounts have already been created by the phone, either by you or someone else. There is no way round this. What you will have to do is to create an account on another iOS device or on a Mac (not Windows), then you will be able to sign into it on the phone.

Or they could skip that really awful video and just follow Roger's instructions. Other than possibly causing motion sickness, essentially all that video does is tell people to do what set up their account from another device, just like Roger did.
