Q: skype for business won't download

I deleted the Skype for Business App on my iPhone 6S plus because it wasn't working properly. I restarted my phone and went to redownload the App. I get the cloud symbol and it starts to download and then stops and goes back to the cloud symbol. Running IOS 9.3.2. I have restarted and tried to download and keep getting the same error...
