Q: Cant login to apple id

im having a problem since yesterday where when I log in to my account from itunes on pc it works and logs in. However when i login from the app store on iphone it says wrong password. I tried changing the password and its supposed to send me an email link but ive never recieved it. Anyone have any suggestions?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.2

    Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important being able to use the iTunes and App Store on all your devices can be!


    If I understand correctly, you are unable to use your Apple ID and password in the App Store on your iPhone, even though it is working in the iTunes Store on a computer, as well as not receiving the password reset email.
