Q: Why can't I use itunes connected with the internet

Why can't I use itunes connected with the internet?

I have posted the post above,but I still couldn't have a correct answer for the problem.I think it is related to the driver of itunes,

but I have already updated it as the most updated version,but I still couldn't fix it ,can anyone help me?

    Hi there nakama2016,


    From what I'm understanding about both of your questions, when your PC is connected to the Internet, iTunes on your Windows 7 computer won't allow you to make purchases from the "store" portion. I use iTunes not only to sync my iPhone and back up, but also to make purchases. I'll be glad to make sure you're able to use iTunes on your PC, especially while connected to the Internet.


    Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later


    Use the above article to make sure every iTunes component is removed from your PC and follow the order provided. Once you've cleared iTunes out, the link to download and install the latest iTunes version is in that same article. Locate the heading "Reinstall iTunes and related components".


    Once you've completed the installation, be sure to restart your PC. You should be able to use the store feature now.
