Jun 25, 2016 1:37 AM in response to Appleboy45by Jeff,In the top of the original box, the accessories were arranged in a styrofoam tray. It contained the Apple Pro Keyboard and Pro Mouse (both with housings made of clear plastic), the restore disk set, a quick setup brochure and other included literature, a telephone cord for the modem, and a plastic bezel with cable cutout for use when a video cable was connected to the VGA port in the underside of the rear. The power cord wasn't black.

Jun 25, 2016 9:11 AM in response to Appleboy45by Allan Jones,Ours (Indigo) came with the M5769 Mouse and the M7803 keyboard. Both were primarily black in color. The keyboard was the latter USB Apple Pro; the originalUSB Apple Pro(M2452) had a power button like the older ADB boards. The M7803 does not have a power button.
The power cord with ours was white and slightly different from a standard cord. Although the prongs were the same as any other cord, the plug that attaches to the computer had a flexible ring or collar to hide the recessed part of the plug, similar to this:

Later iMacs use a similar design.
After about 2-3 years of service our Summer 2000 iMac started showing intermittent shutdowns. After eliminating all the other "usual suspects" I found the power cord was at fault. The ring seemed to allow heat and vibration to push the plug out, losing contact. I replaced the fancy white cord with a standard ugly black one sans collar and the problem went away. The computer is still working today although now relegated to our "Old Macs Home," (the spare bedroom).
